No i beleive that marriage is not a private affair because when you get maggierd or even engaed what you normally do is tell people or propose to he/she in public. Well i guess its where your from and how you were rised.
The topic of Marriage being a private affair is very controversial. There are many views, some say yes, some say no. My opinion on this topic is very nuetral. Reasons being that behind the scenes of a marriage it is private but those involved in the marriage are only involved above the surface. Certain factors will determine whether marriage is private or not. Also it depends on upon what form of private is being refered to. For example, a marriage can be private by whose decision it may be upon who marries who. Another example would include the marriage being private for specific people/guests, anyone else who is not invited are kept in the dark. 916080
i agree that marriage is a private affair because of how the father was into Nnaemeka about the marriage. When Nnaemeka told his father he didn't love Nweke’s daughter, and the father said why would you? The concept of marriage without feelings or others involved with your own happiness and marriage isn't how it should be. No one should control it other than you that's why i believe marriage is a private affair. 825065
